I don´t know how, but you had taken Flutterhy to a new level!
Well, first of all, at first sight I thought she was Blair (from Soul Eater), also beacuse her teeth.
Her mane! OMG no one had thought on doing that, her eyes are both creepy and kinda cute, fits perfectly!
I don´t know really all about equine fisonomy, so I can´t tell that her pose (specially her rear legs) isn´t realistic, I say that´s perfect!
The colours weren´t too "shiny", those have more "saturation", and it´s a great choice for this pic, related to the theme.
And last but not least: her wings.
I have been looking that many artists doesn´t make a good position for the wings, beacuse those are hard to do.
Again, you impressed me with it, you haven´t "hide" them, and you didn´t make a mistake with them, so I applaud you!
Well, it´s fair to say that this was AWESOMELY done, and this quality of fanart is what many people looking for.
